Feeling down, anxious, or stuck? I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health symptoms using somatic and mindfulness therapies, CBT, and EMDR. I use compassionate, research-backed therapy to help you move through difficult struggles and rediscover your core self.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor’s from the University of Northern Colorado, providing a strong foundation for my clinical work.
