I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in Florida and an Emotional Coach in other states. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida in 2019, with advanced training in Integrated Healthcare. Prior to that, I earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Dance from the University of Florida. It’s hard to overstate the importance of finding a therapist or life coach who is the right fit for your needs. My therapeutic orientation and approach are based on accompanying clients on their journey to wellness non-judgmentally and with competence. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, effectively treating anxiety, depression, dissociation, behavioral challenges, eating disorders, and supporting individuals with both visible and invisible disabilities. Clients who work with me can expect to build a deepened sense of confidence in their ability to face difficult challenges. I strive to empower patients to become their best selves while highlighting areas for potential growth in a non-judgmental way. Clients will walk away with a better understanding of themselves, what they want, and how to achieve their goals.
