Do you find yourself stuck and unsure where to start in becoming the best version of your authentic self? Are you going through a life transition and seeking direction? Have you felt broken and are now ready to begin the healing process? I am here to embark on this journey with you. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and have been practicing counseling and coaching for more than 15 years. I have experience working with clients ranging from ages 3 to 80. My background includes substance abuse, court-mandated counseling, family and relationship counseling, parenting, coaching, trauma, and life transitions. Therapy with me is a personal journey tailored to each client. My theoretical orientation is person-centered, designed to meet your unique needs. I use an innovative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and client-centered therapy to create the best outcomes for you.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
