Are you stuck? Do you feel overwhelmed by the pressures around you? It is my passion to help you on your healing journey. I am trained in Brainspotting, which is a body and brain type of counseling. Brainspotting can help you get to the root cause of your struggles and shift your perspective to feeling as if your struggles don't control you. In addition to being trained in Brainspotting, I have over 26 years of experience in my field of Social Work. I also have my Master's Degree and Bachelor's degree in Social Work, as well as being a LCSW.
