Talk therapy is an amazing process as it facilitates the journey of self discovery. I am honored to be alongside you as we collaborate on treatment options that best serve you. I believe that you are the expert of your life. My goal is to empower you through your challenges by utilizing an integrative and individualized treatment approach that is fitting to your specific needs. For me, to assist a person with eliciting change is wonderfully rewarding. One of my paramount focuses is to establish and maintain a healthy therapeutic relationship. Through this relationship, good rapport, trust, and support will cultivate an environment to strengthen the motivation necessary to elicit positive change. Concurrently, exploring the occurrences of and the relations between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I specialize in treating adults and children diagnosed with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post traumatic stress disorder. Additionally, I have experience treating co-occurring substance-abuse disorders and autism spectrum developmental disorder. Through psychotherapy, we will work collaboratively towards reducing symptoms of mental health that will improve functioning and enhance your quality of life.
