I have spent my career aiding people in seeing the value within themselves to develop positive; lasting relationships with others. I hold strongly that therapy helps people to learn about themselves; their relationships with others; and how to continually strive towards positive solutions and experiences throughout their lives. My approach is focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution focused interventions.
