What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients (especially entrepreneurs, educators, caregivers, and high-achievers) who may be experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, life transitions, identity shifts, goal misalignment or just feeling "stuck". Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing and create a personalized plan to help you heal, grow, and reclaim a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you really are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am an integrative clinician. Every client is different and every client deserves the opportunity to experience therapy in a space that works best for them, not be boxed in with a "one-size-fits-all approach. Once we discover the reason for therapy, we can decide where we'll begin the work and where we'll need to pivot.
