Getting to know Andrea Piotrowski

Life can be extremely difficult to navigate at times, especially when going through major life transitions. These experiences can greatly impact our wellbeing, particularly if we lack the proper tools to work through them. It can seem impossible to manage these life stressors and escape the overwhelming feelings that accompany them. With a Master's in Social Work from the University of Texas, San Antonio, I am dedicated to helping individuals develop the skills and support they need to overcome these challenges and improve their overall wellbeing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I can help guide your mental health journey and together we can learn how to manage the challenges life throws at you. I have counseled adults, couples, teens, children, and families in the San Antonio area since 2008. I enjoy helping people expereincing grief/loss, stress, and life changes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

By changing the way you think, you can feel empowered to enact great change in your life. I will always vow to work towards developing a trusting relationship in which you feel heard. Together, we can break down the seemingly insurmountable barriers you feel in your life.
