We use a holistic approach to treatment by building upon the strengths that each of us has inside. For the past 25 years, we have been working with clients who struggle with anxiety and depression, and I can tell you for certain two things: You are not alone, and you do not need to suffer. We provide a safe and comfortable environment to work with clients. Through a combination of psychodynamic approaches, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness training, we will help you learn the importance of self-care, how to use specific tools to reduce anxiety and depression, and how to live a happier life. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William James College and am conveniently located in Duxbury with hours that accommodate your schedule. It is time to prioritize your self-care. We work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couples, family, and group settings. We can help you take the next step toward healing and well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Do you feel stuck? Does it seem like you are spinning your wheels? This can be very stressful and I believe I can help. I am a licensed mental health counselor committed to helping you identify the areas of your life both internal and external that need attention. My work focuses on helping you to explore and gain awareness of stress and use evidence based skills and techniques to help you move forward. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to help you explore your thoughts and feelings. I encourage curiosity versus criticism. Together we will work on building skills and strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and move forward.
