As a Provisionally Licensed Therapist, LMSW, my focus is to provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, postpartum depression, stress, worry, trauma, and depression. I am especially passionate about helping individuals work through difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and find greater balance and well-being. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify patterns, develop practical strategies, and create meaningful change. As a faith-based therapist, I also recognize the importance of spirituality when it aligns with a client’s values. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide thoughtful support as you move toward healing and a more fulfilling life. I am under the clinical supervision of Michael Frech, LCSW
