Whether you need someone to vent to, help setting goals, or coping skills, I am here to support you. My easygoing approach makes it comfortable to talk and open up. With a variety of lived experiences, I connect with you on a personal level and tailor each session to your needs. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I specialize in supporting patients with disordered eating and am familiar with the Health at Every Size approach. Additionally, I work with the LGBTQ+ community and those exploring ethical non-monogamy. I am also educated in the Kink lifestyle. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Bakersfield, which informs my professional practice. I believe everyone can benefit from an objective person to talk to. Together, we can develop tools to help you navigate whatever challenges affect your daily life. I am direct and hold my patients accountable, but always with kindness and respect.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use CBT, DBT, EFT, and talk therapy with my patients. The first few sessions I get to know you, but then once we have a relationship, I start to better understand your needs. I cater all sessions to the needs of the patient. For telehealth sessions, my black cat Binx will usually join us. I joke that he is my office assistant. He is very good at "filing," organizing rubber bands, and providing comic relief when needed.
