Andrea received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has experience in outpatient therapy and inpatient substance abuse treatment. Andrea works with adolescents and adults and enjoys supporting clients facing a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, mood disorders, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients consistently live out their values regardless of life circumstances.
Andrea believes we were never meant to walk through life alone and strives to come alongside her clients in their time of need. She views counseling as a collaborative journey that can be helpful in many life situations.
