I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey and provide counseling services for adults, couples, and families. I am passionate about the field of mental health and helping others to reach their fullest potential. I am compassionate, accepting, and patient. My style is to lead with kindness and understanding . What should a new client know about working with you?

-My approach includes interventions from client centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, psychodynamic couples therapy, and structural family therapy. I can help to provide a safe space where clients can reflect, explore, and examine while receiving the support and encouragement they need.My specialties include anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, self-esteem/self-compassion, codependency, infidelity, and trauma/PTSD.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

-When I treat couples I emphasize the importance of both partners taking accountability, learning to listen attentively, seeking to be curious about their partner’s position, offering validation, and expressing their willingness to come to a resolution. When I treat individuals I allow the client space to identify what their needs are and their desire for change. We all go through difficult seasons of life and sometimes the hardest seasons can be the most rewarding. My goal is to guide others through those seasons by aiding them in gaining insight as well as the tools needed to build the life and love they truly desire.
