Psychotherapist and Yoga teacher; my passion is to promote positive mental health by integrating the mind/body connection. My approach is to listen with a trained ear while helping you identify your strengths to create the balanced life you desire. Working as a Family Therapist for over 25 years has given me the opportunity to work across the life span with individuals; families and groups. While I use many different modalities; brief solution focused therapy and the cognitive behavioral framework are two that I favor.
