My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational neuroscience, and somatic awareness, with a deep commitment to creating a collaborative, inclusive space for healing and growth. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, family systems, or a deeper personal transformation, my goal is to meet you with curiosity, warmth, and respect. I also offer culturally responsive, anti-oppressive care and am experienced in working with clients exploring gender, sexuality, and decolonizing narratives of self.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me means entering a space where your full self is welcomed—with gentleness, curiosity, and care. I bring a relational, trauma-informed approach rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, narrative therapy, and somatic awareness. I work especially well with individuals and relationships navigating identity exploration, relational trauma, life transitions, or the effects of systemic oppression. I specialize in supporting queer, neurodivergent, nonmonogamous, and kink-affirming clients. You won’t need to spend time educating me about your identities or relationship structures—we can start from a shared foundation of affirmation and respect. I understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with living outside dominant norms, and I’m committed to holding space for your complexity without pathologizing or minimizing it. Therapy with me is collaborative. I believe healing happens in relationship—and that includes our relationship. I’m not a distant observer; I show up authentically and meet you with presence, warmth, and attuned engagement. I’ll reflect, ask meaningful questions, and at times gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you. Sessions may include conversation, parts work, somatic and expressive practices, or exploring how your story has been shaped by internal and external systems. We’ll move at your pace, always centering your voice and inner wisdom. My goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your self-trust, agency, and wholeness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer both virtual and in-person therapy, with individual sessions typically lasting 50 minutes and relational sessions (for couples or families) lasting 80 minutes. Some individual clients also benefit from 80-minute sessions to allow for more spacious, in-depth exploration—especially when working through trauma, attachment wounds, or identity shifts. Each session is uniquely tailored to you. We typically begin by checking in with what’s most present, then move into deeper exploration using a blend of parts work (Internal Family Systems), attachment-based approaches, and narrative therapy. I hold the therapeutic relationship as central to our work—building trust, safety, and collaboration is a core part of the healing process. I aim to meet you with curiosity, attunement, and respect. I bring a culturally humble, anti-oppressive lens to the therapy space. I recognize the impact of systems—like white supremacy, ableism, colonialism, and heteronormativity—on mental health and identity, and I work with clients to hold these contexts alongside personal healing. My practice affirms LGBTQIA+ identities, nontraditional relationships, neurodivergence, and other lived experiences that are often marginalized. I’m especially mindful of neurodivergent needs and aim to create a flexible, sensory-aware environment. In-person clients are welcome to use fidget toys, move around, or engage in nonverbal processing. Sessions may also incorporate somatic practices, mindfulness, expressive arts, sandtray, or guided meditation—whatever supports your nervous system, expression, and connection to self. Whether we’re exploring relational dynamics, rewriting internal narratives, or untangling emotional pain, my goal is to support you in reclaiming your story and moving toward greater connection, clarity, and self-trust.
