Sometimes it is hard to identify your own feelings and explain the reasons behind your actions. By willingly and intentionally engaging in therapy, you may discover that much of what you need is someone to listen, validate, and guide you through your healing process. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Troy University. I offer therapy in a collaborative environment where we work together to understand what is troubling you and identify the steps you can take toward realizing the path you envision.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
