My goal during our time together is to give you the confidence to steer your own ship. You will feel heard, safe, and supported with me. It is important to me to learn about you?your goals, your dreams, your interests, and your experiences. You are unique. In knowing you, I can understand how to help you steer your ship.
We'll work together on sharpening your strengths and strategizing how to overcome challenges. I will be with you every step of the way, always going at the pace you need, encouraging you to test your strength during sessions while keeping your comfort and ability in mind. I also use humor in our sessions to enhance rapport and comfort.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from Aurora University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.
