My role as a therapist is to help you connect with these qualities inside of you and support your practice of unlocking them in your everyday life, in your relationships, and within yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I collaborate with my clients toward their goals, and I bring my full attention, open-mindedness, and compassion to each client’s unique needs. Our relationship will be built together on trust and calm, and with curiosity and courage my aim is to support every client live a life that feels more free.
