I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults seeking meaningful personal growth and lasting change. My approach is depth-oriented and trauma-informed, integrating psychodynamic therapy, somatic mindfulness, and EMDR. I help clients explore their internal patterns, emotional wounds, and life transitions that shape their current struggles, so they can move toward greater freedom, resilience, and self-understanding. My work centers on supporting professionals and creatives navigating stagnation during life transitions, burnout difficulties, and trauma. I aim to create a compassionate and grounded therapeutic space where you feel genuinely understood and supported. My goal is to help you develop a stronger sense of self and move toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful. I am out-of-network with insurance and accept only private pay. What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients often describe my style as grounded, attentive, and easy to open up to. Therapy with me is collaborative, where we will work together to understand what you’re facing and what you hope will change. I am an active listener in the room, asking thoughtful questions, offering insightful reflections, and helping you explore the deeper layers of your psyche and experiences. At the same time, I honor and respect your pace to create space for you to move through sessions in a way that feels safe. You can expect a supportive environment where your emotions, history, and current challenges are held with care. I aim to help you make sense of your experiences, understand your patterns, and learn how to relate to yourself with more compassion and clarity. My intention is for therapy to feel grounding, relational, and genuinely helpful as you navigate difficult or uncertain moments in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work usually begins with an initial assessment phase over the first couple of sessions. During this time, we discuss your concerns, your history, and what you want to shift or understand more deeply. I listen closely for the themes and patterns that may be influencing how you feel today. As therapy continues, sessions may include exploring emotions, working with past experiences, noticing physical responses, or identifying internal conflicts. When clinically appropriate, I integrate EMDR or somatic techniques to help process trauma or stuck emotional conflict. I tailor the treatment to your needs, where some clients benefit from structured protocols, while others work best through deeper reflection and insight. Sessions are typically weekly, providing a consistent place to slow down, reflect, and build momentum in the areas you’re hoping to change. Throughout the process, I check in with you to make sure therapy remains aligned with your goals and that the work continues to feel meaningful and productive.
