I have a Master of Arts in counseling from Saint Martin's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. With a background in the US Army and public safety, I have developed a desire to help others work through difficult life events and seek healthy coping strategies for emotional and mental health challenges. I strive to collaborate with clients using existential approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and focusing on emotional dysregulation. While forging a therapeutic rapport to identify coping strategies, introducing relaxation, and mindfulness exercises. I introduce Stoicism as a way to be present in the moment and find solutions to prevent detrimental effects. In my spare time, I enjoy landscape and Astro photography while exploring the Pacific Northwest with my canine companion Honos and significant other.
