I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike I make therapy a collaborative process. I focus on creating a safe space and normalizing many experiences we bring into therapy that don't typically get discussed. I consider you the expert on yourself. I will always say go at your own pace. I'm happy to be a passenger on this trip; together, we can ensure we get where you want to go. I love seeing the change in my members week over week. I've done a lot of work with children and adolescents, with anxiety and depression, and with couples.
