What should a new client know about working with you?

I consider it a privilege to work with my clients who are willing to take the often difficult step of addressing issues of deep pain that they are experiencing. In my practice I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and Gottman method couples therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In therapy, we work together as a team, focusing on your goals and the changes you'd like to see in your life. Our sessions create a space to explore patterns, beliefs, and habits that may no longer serve you. By building awareness and practicing new skills, you can begin to shift toward healthier ways of thinking and coping. The aim is to improve your overall quality of life, helping you feel more balanced, fulfilled, and in control of your choices.
