I also work well with those struggling with communication issues with a partner or with family members. As well as clients who are looking for their identity. I offer techniques for mood stabilization as well as ways to explore identity in the context of an individuals unique circumstances. I also offer exploration of relationship issues in the context of lack of communication or broken communication. I believe therapy can be a very rewarding process and experience with the right connection between individuals. I also believe that therapy shouldn't be forever and that there is a point in which you empower a client to go out into the world with support from friends and loved ones to live their lives.
