I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and completed a fellowship at Yale University, which have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on this journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a relational psychodynamic therapist and provide virtual and in-person individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults in New York and Colorado. I have received specialized mental health training and have success working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. My approach is trauma-informed, mindfulness and evidence based.
