What should a new client know about working with you?

This work is deeply personal to me. I’ve experienced the transformative power of therapy in my own life, and I’m honored to help others find that same sense of growth, healing, and self-understanding. I'm incredibly open and want to meet the client where they are. You are in the driver's seat within our sessions; you're welcome to let me know what is or isn't working, what you're hoping for within our sessions, or when you feel like a referral may be necessary. I'm here to make your therapy journey a positive experience and will do whatever I can to make sure that is a possibility.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship, defining your goals, and creating a clear action plan that feels meaningful and achievable for you. My priority is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel truly seen and supported; showing up exactly as you are and working towards who you want to be.
