“I’ve been In therapy on and off my entire life. I can honestly say Angie is the first person ive seen and experienced true growth through biblical based wisdom backed in theological truth while teaching me tools and helping me utilize practical steps and exercises to work out my emotions. She leads with kindness, compassion, integrity and most importantly Jesus at the thrown of her heart. She has made a significant impact on my life, my health and my well being and her practice is a necessity to my health and well being and really my spiritual walk. She truly cares for all of her patients. She makes adjustments as needed for emergency circumstances to help her clients. I’m so thankful for all the freedom and growth I have had through working with Angie. I know every-time I leave I will feel at peace. 10000000/10 recommend. ”

Getting to know Andrexiry (Angie) Haynes

As a therapist with a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, I want to advocate for my clients by helping them reclaim freedom from their struggles, heal from their hurts, and regain the passion to pursue their purpose in life. The best gift you can give yourself and others is a healthy mind and body! Using research-based therapeutic modalities, we will work together to help you cope with difficulties in life, gain knowledge and skills to practice outside of session, and constantly evaluate your goals and accomplishments in therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Disclaimer: In order to ensure the quality of care provided, I am only seeing clients who are struggling with eating disorders or body image related issues and dual diagnosis with eating related disorders.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When working with me, your first session is called an Intake Session, where I ask you questions about your health, medical history, mental health, etc., I strive to understand from a holistic view. Then, we review expectations, goal setting, code of ethics, etc., and build up from that session. I tend to the needs of my clients by ensuring that they gain value from their time spent in therapy.
