What should a new client know about working with you?

In our sessions, you'll find a space where you’re heard, valued, and never judged. I show up with empathy, curiosity, and care—ready to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore your story, build on your strengths, and move at a pace that feels safe and empowering for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, identity development, life transitions, school / career stress, and relational challenges. I bring extensive experience supporting clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, with a practice rooted in culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming care. My clinical style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based—drawing from Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness-informed approaches to foster resilience and self-awareness.
