Anella Garness is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She has over 5 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in both outpatient and residential settings. She has extensive experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. Her areas of interest also include trauma and resiliency which resulted in her decision to become trained in EMDR.

Anella is the only counselor I’ve ever met who I feel comfortable talking about anything to. I have tried maybe 10+ counselors/therapists over the years and I’m so grateful I found Anella. She has helped me so much with my PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. You can tell she really cares. She is non-judgemental and allows you to be yourself. She has a very calming presence and provides so much great support and advice. Thank you for everything, Anella! See you next week lol
