Her professional background includes working in private practice, school counseling, and non-profit partnerships focusing on domestic violence, sexual assault victims, and military personnel. She has also worked with Wisconsin counties providing family psychoeducation and skills development, and has been involved with the 988 crisis line and holistic wellness retreats. In her free time, Angel enjoys weightlifting, journaling, listening to music, and exploring holistic modalities such as breathwork, yoga, and cold therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.*Please note: If you are looking for ADHD care, I do not prescribe controlled medications like Adderall or Ritalin. However, we can support you with therapy and other medications commonly used in ADHD treatment, such as Strattera and Intuniv.*
