I offer a safe, supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. As a therapist, I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorder), trauma, and LGBTQ+ care. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual or family. I also have experience supporting maternal mental health, co-parenting and divorce-related concerns, and couples and family dynamics. My approach is eclectic and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT). I focus on helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. I provide both in-person and virtual therapy for clients in North Carolina, and I am committed to walking alongside each person on their journey toward healing and growth.
