I provide virtual therapy for women, mothers, and couples across Maryland who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, postpartum challenges, communication issues, and major life transitions. With a Master’s in Counseling from Liberty University, I specialize in postpartum mental health, anxiety, life transitions, and marriage counseling. My training in Gottman, Imago, and SYMBIS premarital counseling equips me to help couples build strong, healthy relationships through proven strategies.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I start by getting to know your story, understanding your goals, and creating a space where you feel safe and supported. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work on healthier ways to manage emotions, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change using evidence-based approaches like CBT and Gottman Method techniques.
