“I have been seeing Angela for about a year now, maybe. I dont remember exactly what spoke to me about her background, but I stay seeing her because she has an uncanny knack of being able to hear what I am not saying out loud. Sometimes I don't even know what it is that I am "not" saying. I have never felt so seen or heard.”

Getting to know Angela Angiolieri

Hi, I'm Angela, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who supports women struggling with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and identity shifts to start feeling like themselves again. I specialize in guiding women through the moments that shake your sense of self, including anxiety, burnout, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, career transitions, midlife changes, and the empty nest phase. I work exclusively with adults who identify as women or with women's experiences. Many of my clients are exhausted from holding everything together while quietly wondering, 'is this all there is?' They've often spent so long prioritizing everyone else that they've lost touch with their own needs, desires, and sense of self. You deserve more than just coping - you deserve support in reconnecting with yourself and your life. Having faced my own struggles, I understand the courage it takes to show up for yourself. I support women in embracing their full selves, with all their strengths, scars, and stories, without judgment or pressure to “be fixed.” My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and deeply practical, blending evidence-based tools such as CBT, mindfulness, and emotional regulation strategies so you leave each session with real skills. Whether you're navigating early motherhood, a major life transition, or a midlife crossroads asking, 'who am I now?' this is a space where you don't have to perform, explain yourself, or have it together. You just have to show up. I'd be honored to support you in this next chapter of your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our time together, anticipate a warm, compassionate atmosphere. Your comfort matters, and I encourage open sharing without judgment. I'll actively listen, pose thoughtful questions, and engage in practical techniques during our sessions. Recognizing that weekly meetings alone won't yield lasting changes, I provide therapeutic suggestions for you to explore outside of our time together. Consistent practice of these techniques between sessions can bring about a swifter reduction in anxiety and a boost in self-confidence. I recognize that personal growth is a journey, and we'll always progress at a pace that feels right for you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Angela is amazing. I have a difficult time connecting with people and feeling very misunderstood. Angela seems to "get me" and has already "heard" what I'm not saying in a way I need so desperately. I'm so grateful.
The sessions with Angela have been great! She always makes sure to check in first to see how things are going and which direction I would like to go for our session. She’s empathetic, kind, and has great input and suggestions. This journey has been really eye opening so far, and I’m looking forward to continuing with her!
