What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in supporting women aged 25-30 as they navigate the challenges of work, relationships, and motherhood. Together, we address their feelings of overwhelm and their struggle to prioritize self-care. By understanding the role of the autonomic nervous system in their emotions and thoughts, we explore triggers and learn effective techniques for improving their well-being. They experience a renewed sense of hope, motivation, and the ability to fully embrace and enjoy life. They gain the tools and insights necessary for ongoing self-support and personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My main priority as we start therapy together is to create a safe space so that you feel comfortable sharing and exploring thoughts and feelings. Once we have established that safe therapeutic rapport we will explore anything that weighs heavily on you or anything that is causing a shift in your mood and thoughts. We will also explore the role of the nervous system and discuss and practice somatic techniques to help regulate the nervous system.
