Hi there, I'm Angela! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. My approach is to allow the client to be in charge of their therapy and to move at their own pace. Clients decide how often they will be seen and the type of modality chosen by the therapist. I am kind and caring, focused on building positive rapport with a diverse range of clients. My approach In therapy, I use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychoeducation, Solution Focused Therapy, Personal Skills, and Crisis Intervention. My focus I work with clients experiencing symptoms of Major Depressive Disorder, General Anxiety, PTSD, Chemical Dependence, Grief/Loss, Unresolved Legal Conflicts, Childhood Traumas, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia.
