I have 19 years of clinical experience working in the Behavioral Health field, providing counseling services in various settings, including private practice, intensive outpatient programs, and inpatient treatment facilities. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
