I specialize in working with children and young adults who experience anxiety and depression, as well as those with a history of suicidal thoughts and self-harm. With a Master's in Clinical Counseling from Post University, my approach includes a trauma-focused lens, and I strive to meet clients where they are in the moment to develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The first session will consist of getting to know you, and understanding your direct needs. You will be an active participant in creating the treatment plan that will best serve you. Its my hope that you can feel empowered for taking the first step toward addressing your own mental health and needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I meet clients where they are in the moment, and work to build trust and provide treatment that meets each client's individual needs
