Hello! My name is Angela Garcia (she/her) and I am here to help and support you! I know that life can be tricky and put us in situations that can impair and inhibit us from moving forward in life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and work to help you overcome the challenges within your life. I work in creating a fun and safe space where you can express yourself and feel comfortable. My services are culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am also Hispanic and bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking. I have close relations with the Hispanic community and have experience in working with children, teens and adults. My goal is to guide and empower individuals to a place where they feel safe, encouraged, and validated. My approach to therapy includes acceptance and commitment and a trauma informed approach. I work to implement creative approaches within the therapeutic process. The issues I work with (but are not limited to) include trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, and self-discovery.
