I graduated with an MSW from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002 and have been in the mental health field since. I have experience in community mental health, administration, leading teams, and providing outpatient mental health services. I enjoy working with clients who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I feel that the most important thing is building a therapeutic relationship with you so that we can work through your goals. I like to determine my approach by listening to my clients needs and assessing what may fit best. I enjoy using CBT, EFT, motivational interviewing, brief solution focused therapy, and EMDR. I feel it is important for my clients to create the goals that they would like to achieve so that I can assist you in reaching them. My role is to help you find your own answers to work toward a more fulfilling life.
