Hi, I'm Angela Gray, a licensed professional counselor in Michigan and Texas. I've worked in the mental health field since 2009 and retired from a 25-year career in juvenile probation in 2022. I hold a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Since moving to Michigan in 2022, I've been providing part-time counseling at Baraga County Memorial Hospital. My approach to therapy is collaborative and is based on mutual respect, empathy, and understanding. Together, we will explore your needs, challenges, and goals in a safe, supportive environment. I believe change is possible with commitment and hard work and I am here to walk with you through that process. Counseling can bring up difficult emotions, but it can also help you find and maintain a sense of balance, develop coping skills, and heal.
