Getting to know Angela Hall

Welcome! I’m a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to working with women as they identify new paths. Women experiencing life transitions including relationship loss and challenges, role shifts, cutoffs from important family or friends, career disappointment, and recovery from codependence are my focus. I use a relational and solution focused approach. I have supported many women as they recover from the core belief that self-denial is honorable & meeting their own needs and seeking joy is selfish (or sinful). Denying our own needs and compromising peace fosters anxiety, depression, resentment and creates a life of unfulfillment. This mindset can be difficult to untangle, but you truly can gain clarity and embody the worthiness you need to empower you for the rest of your life’s journey. It is my purpose and passion to help women achieve a life they love to live. My therapeutic approach is holistic, spiritual, clinical, collaborative and trauma informed. I am affirming.
