With over two decades of experience in education, social services, and mental health, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families on their journey toward healing and recovery. My work focuses on helping clients navigate the effects of trauma and grief, as well as challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, and more. I also have extensive experience working with families with young children, as well as those involved in foster care and adoption.

I take a person-centered approach, providing a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you work through difficult emotions and life experiences in a supportive and collaborative way, empowering you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore your background, identify your goals, and outline a path forward. In each session that follows, we’ll begin with a check-in and move at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. My role is to provide guidance and a safe, supportive space for you to explore deeper emotions while building practical coping skills for everyday life.
