Hi, I'm Angela and I am here to help. I’m an EMDR trained licensed psychotherapist. Personal growth is a lifelong journey that is worth taking and I would be honored to be a part of yours. As we progress in life we will experience obstacles that challenge us along the way and personalized, compassionate support can help. My professional training and life experience allow me to help individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma (EMDR), ADHD, self-esteem, marital counseling (Gottman Method), addiction. There is hope for a better tomorrow and I am motivated to be your cheerleader as you make positive changes in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strongly value my client relationships. Therapy is something to look forward to, not dread. It's important to me that you know I am human, too. I am dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment while also providing honest feedback. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling like you gained something that you can take with you. At the first session we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapeutic support, assess your areas of struggle, identify your goals and objectives and discuss your expectations and needs.
