Hi, I'm Angela.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by everyday life stressors? Is something weighing on your shoulders that you can't seem to shake? Do you feel like you are being pulled in a million directions? Do you feel overworked and underappreciated? Are you struggling with organization or motivation? Is anxiety holding you back from doing things you want to do? Are you going through something and need a safe space to work through it? Are you realizing that something from your past is holding you back?
I became a mental health counselor to help people from all walks of life with various stressors and mental health concerns. I hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University. Therapy should be a safe space to speak freely about life's trials and tribulations. My goal is to provide that space for you while using a variety of tools to create a comfortable environment and work with you through anything that may be holding you back from living your best life. Together, we will identify your strengths, what's not working for you, and get you back to a more balanced version of yourself.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My goal is for you to gain a more positive outlook for your future along with new tools to help you through difficult times in between sessions. We will collaborate to find what works best for you using a variety of evidence-based techniques.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
