Hi I am Angela and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a therapist for over 15 years and have worked with many people who have had to walk through many of life’s challenges or just need extra support. Life can be challenging at this time with COVID-19; job loss; family conflict; social distancing and isolation; and anxiety about the unknown. I have experience personally and professionally with depression; anxiety; emotion regulation and dealing with trauma. I would love to be able to work with you to learning new coping skills (or refreshing old ones and ones you didn’t know you had).
