Getting to know Angela Kazmierczak

Hi I am Angela, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a therapist for over 20 years and have worked with many people who have had to walk through many of life’s challenges or just need extra support. Life can be challenging at times with personal issues such as job loss, family conflict, anxiety about current life situations, and maybe even just needing/wanting someone to talk to and process things with. We all have friends, but a neutral person could be beneficial too. I have experience personally and professionally with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, emotion regulation, and dealing with vocational stress, trauma, and just overall looking for ways to manage life in general. I would love to be able to work with you in being able to learn new coping strategies (or refreshing old ones and ones you didn’t know you had).
