My focus is helping individuals strengthen emotional and cognitive functioning by addressing the patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I work with adults and adolescents to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation in ways that support long-term mental wellness. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies. I incorporate a holistic, brain health–informed perspective and am currently advancing training through Amen Clinics to integrate neuroscience-based strategies that support improved brain function and overall well-being. Faith-integrated counseling is available for clients who wish to include their spiritual beliefs in treatment.
