I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I completed my Master's degree in Social Work at Millersville University, am trained in parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and have a certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I utilize multiple treatment approaches including Adlerian methods, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), Polyvagal Theory, and solutions-focused therapy (SFT). Life throws us all challenges and struggles that sometimes leave us feeling lost, confused, and alone. I'm confident that I would be able to support you on your journey to gain new perspectives and techniques that allow you to cope with whatever you may be struggling with. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
