I will walk through deep waters with you, and promise to provide a judgment-free zone. I use a creative approach and will meet you where you are in the therapeutic process.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that much of our problems are due to relational issues. I pull family systems theory and integrate into individual counseling. I use Acceptance and Commitment theory that combines self compassion, mindfulness and behavior therapy.
