I help overwhelmed clients transform into confident participants in their lives! The journey of life can take us off balance and cause us to lose energy. Anxiety and depression often step in and take advantage of our vulnerability during these difficult times. My clients want to feel better and do better. My life experiences, along with my academic training—a Master’s in Professional Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio—have shaped me into a relatable counselor. I enjoy using cognitive behavioral therapy for many clients, as well as transgenerational therapy and motivational interviewing. I collaborate with clients to find tangible ways to manage the challenges they face. You are brave to seek help. It isn’t an easy process, and we can get discouraged. Don’t give up. You can be confident that I will meet you right where you are, without judgment and with a strong desire to help you improve your life!
