What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology, which deepens my understanding of human behavior, trauma, and the ways larger systems impact mental health. This perspective allows me to support clients with both compassion and insight, while focusing on growth, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe mental health is deeply connected to understanding ourselves, our experiences, and the relationships we build with others. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming at times, but they do not define who we are. With compassion, curiosity, and the right support, meaningful growth and healing are possible. My approach focuses on helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop a healthier relationship with their emotions, empowering them to navigate life with greater balance, resilience, and self-compassion.
